Job Title: Oracle Financial Systems Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $150,000–$160,000 + Bonus + Medical & Benefits Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks’ notice possible) Company Overview: Join a leading life sciences organization at the forefront of innovation. Role Overview: As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will lead system implementation and provide ongoing support for Oracle Financials and SCM applications. You will develop reporting solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure alignment of Oracle solutions with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Support Oracle Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Cost Management • Support Oracle SCM modules including Procurement, Receiving, Quality, Inventory, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing • Develop and maintain Oracle-based reporting (OTBI, FRS, SmartView, BI Publisher) • Support Oracle EPBCS (Planning Application), enhance custom business rules using Calc Scripts • Lead scoping and design sessions to translate business requirements into system improvements • Perform system administration: user access, environment maintenance, quarterly patch testing, and IT change control • Maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials • Collaborate with third-party consultants and Oracle support as needed Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, 4+ years implementing/supporting Oracle Fusion Financials • Hands-on experience with Oracle FBDI, ADFDI, and OTBI reporting • 2+ years of experience with Oracle EPM/EPBCS • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, SmartView, and troubleshooting EPM Cloud environments • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or laboratory industries • Technical/development skills within Oracle Fusion Cloud • Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., Mirth Connect, OIC) • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Work Authorization: • US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, or TN Visa from Canada • H1B candidates not eligible Why Join Us: • Competitive salary and benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Oracle Financial systems • Collaborative, innovative, and dynamic work environment Apply Now: akash.vaghela@deltassi.biz
