Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer with Angular and Django experience, you will play a critical role in designing and developing user-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will design and implement engaging user interfaces using Angular and Django frameworks. - You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. - You will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - You will maintain consistency in design across multiple platforms and devices. - You will stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience. - You will troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues in collaboration with the development team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with hands-on experience in Angular and Django. - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with SAP, Guidewire, or Cloud-based applications. - Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. - Familiarity with backend development and API integration. - Prior experience working in a global, distributed team environment.
