General Job Description: The Sales Support Representative works to understand customer expectations and ensure excellent service standards by responding efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries. They navigate problem-solving through active listening and clear communication while maintaining positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Maintain communications between all customers and individual departments within the company, including answering customer emails, telephone calls and Teams meetings. Ensure all new POs and change orders received from customers are processed within 24 hours. Provide technical support to agents and specifiers as needed, including: product design, usage and installation. Process RGAs/rework/replacement orders and work with Engineering/Production to ensure components are available for repair or provide an alternative lighting solution. Work closely with the Finance Department to verify commission/overage calculations and ensure all payments have been received to release customer orders to ship. Work closely with the Procurement and Production Departments to ensure all orders are released in a timely manner and provide customers with estimated ship dates. Coordinate shipments to customers with the warehouse by confirming delivery address and shipping details with the customer. Qualifications: Associates degree in Business or Technical field required; Bachelors preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Successful experience in a fast paced, multitasking environment required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), Internet. Ability to learn new and complicated systems quickly, with a strong background in ERP systems and other databases. SAP Business One or SAP S/4 HANA software experience is strongly preferred. Experience in Lighting is preferred This is an on-site position Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
