The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for organizing, managing, and distributing digital assets within the global brand. This role ensures that creative and marketing teams have access to the right digital content while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing workflows.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital asset coordination or related fields, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Digital Asset Management systems are essential.

Always comfy, never boring. Role Overview The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for organizing, managing, and distributing digital assets within our global brand. This role ensures that creative and marketing teams have access to the right digital content at the right time while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has experience in digital asset management (DAM) systems. Responsibilities Digital Asset Coordination & Organization: Maintain and manage the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are correctly categorized, tagged, and organized in both internal & external Dropbox systems. Upload, tag, and archive images, videos, and other digital content for marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams. Ensure version control and metadata accuracy to facilitate easy search and retrieval. Asset Distribution & Access Control: Facilitate access to approved digital assets for internal teams, agencies, and external partners. Monitor and track asset requests to ensure timely delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure the correct assets are available for product launches, sales & campaigns. Work closely with external editing team on managing deadlines. Quality Control & Optimization: Ensure assets meet brands’ quality standards, including resolution, format & branding guidelines. Identify gaps in asset availability and work with stakeholders to address content needs. Optimize metadata structures and taxonomy to enhance searchability and usability. Escalate any system issues and liaise with IT or external DAM vendors for support. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in digital asset coordination, marketing operations, or creative services, preferably in the apparel, fashion, beauty or retail industry Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize asset workflows Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (currently Dropbox but will help DAM systems evolve as brand growth requires) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office Familiarity with image/video file formats, metadata standards, and tagging methodologies This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Irvine, CA office PAY RATE: $26.00/hr-$30.00/hr At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
