Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for Delta Defense, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. This fully remote role based in Texas offers the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and promote relevant products and services. - You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service role, preferably in sales. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or defense industry sales. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
