What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will identify sales opportunities and actively promote Delta Defense products and services. - You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. - You are self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in inside sales or upselling within a contact center. - Knowledge of security products or related industries. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working remotely with proven productivity.
