What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to provide product information and resolve inquiries. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team sales targets. - You will handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive remote work culture by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in contact centers. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or defense industry sales. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and targets.
