What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to provide product information and resolve inquiries. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense’s insurance products to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team sales targets. - You will handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive remote work environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in insurance sales or customer service. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
