What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in a contact center. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers remotely. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or defense industry sales. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
