What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or technology sales. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
