Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. This fully remote role based in Texas offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team focused on mission-driven success. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to provide product information and resolve inquiries. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team sales targets. - You will handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or technology sales. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
