Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for Delta Defense, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. This fully remote role based in Texas offers the opportunity to engage with customers daily, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with a focus on providing outstanding service and support. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services to meet customer needs. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and feedback. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in inside sales or telemarketing. - Familiarity with security or defense industry products. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
