What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in a contact center environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
