Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. This fully remote role based in Texas offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to provide product information and resolve inquiries. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products and services to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and improve service quality. - You will handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a supportive and motivating remote work culture. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in defense, security, or related industries. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
