What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or inside sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or defense industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with remote work best practices and tools.
