What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored security solutions. - You will handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote products and services to meet customer requirements. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and improve service quality. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or defense industry. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
