This fully remote role based in Florida offers the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security and peace of mind. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits to meet customer needs. - You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and improve service quality. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service role, preferably in sales. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
