What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits to meet customer needs. - You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and improve service quality. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service role, preferably in sales. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or defense industry. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
