Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within our contact center. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to provide product information and resolve inquiries. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team sales targets. - You will handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to process improvements by providing feedback based on customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in a contact center environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in security or defense-related industries. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
