What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. - You will handle inbound service inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will actively promote and upsell Delta Defense products and services to meet sales targets. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to share insights and improve processes. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a contact center environment. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or defense industry. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
