What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services. - You will build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or technology industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
