Role Overview: As a Service & Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for Delta Defense, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. This fully remote role based in Florida offers the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security and peace of mind. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will identify sales opportunities and actively promote Delta Defense products and services. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or technology industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
