What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote Delta Defense products and services. - You will build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - You will contribute to a positive and mission-focused team culture. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or inside sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or defense industry. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices. - Customer service certification or sales training.
