This role will lead projects and enhancements for customer-facing websites, platforms, and digital services. The IT Project Manager will play a critical role in aligning delivery teams with departmental objectives while applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving IT, business stakeholders, consultants, and vendors. Key Responsibilities • Manage assigned projects and system enhancements following SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall). • Develop and manage project plans, assign tasks, track progress, and report status. • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues. • Ensure effective project communication across business and IT stakeholders. • Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements into a prioritized backlog. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on design reviews. • Ensure quality delivery by coordinating with QA teams, test planning, and execution. • Lead release management and post-launch support activities. • Prepare and deliver presentations and communication materials to stakeholders, including executive leadership. • Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and data-driven performance reviews. • Support Product Owners and delivery teams in backlog management and story definition. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training in Agile development, innovation, or process management. • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a focus on customer-facing websites, platforms, or SaaS solutions. • Strong familiarity with Agile & Waterfall delivery models. • Clear and confident communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders. • Technical background to understand complex business and IT requirements. • Ability to multi-task, innovate, and operate with minimal oversight. • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. • Strong presentation skills, including PowerPoint for executive-level reporting. Desired Skills • Experience delivering consumer-facing websites or digital platforms involving complex data, transactions, or integrations. • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for managing project artifacts and user stories. • Automotive industry background (preferred). • Familiarity with Clarity (Project & Financial Management). • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred). • Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
