Compensation & Location: • Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA • Pay Range: $65.00 – $72.00 per hour, based on experience and internal equity • Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term multi-year opportunity • Work Type: Onsite – 5 days in office • Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, Continuing and on-demand education 📍 You must be willing to work onsite in Torrance, CA ✅ Sponsorship is available for this role ‼️ ONLY W2 – NO CORP to CORP – NO 3rd Parties Position Summary The Software Developer (.NET / SQL Server) will contribute to the design, development, and support of large-scale web and database applications that drive key business operations. This role involves full-stack development within a collaborative project environment, ensuring that all deliverables align with business requirements, security standards, and performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, full lifecycle development experience, and deep proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to identify technical needs and apply existing or new technology solutions. • Design, develop, test, and maintain web and database applications within the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Develop and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end logic using C#, .NET, and SQL Server. • Support multiple ongoing projects while adhering to established timelines and priorities. • Create and maintain thorough documentation for development processes and enhancements. • Conduct code reviews, testing (unit and integration), and provide post-implementation support. • Participate in weekly progress reporting and ensure transparent communication with project leadership. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack .NET Development with SQL Server expertise. • Strong understanding of the front-end and back-end development process. • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and familiarity with ASP.NET Core or later versions. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns. • Experience with web application development, database design, and user interface design. • Familiarity with SQL, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills: • Experience with enterprise-scale application development. • Understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems (Git preferred). • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance optimization. • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience is preferred. • A stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
