Overview This role goes beyond a traditional executive assistant position. You’ll support leadership and the broader team with everything from administrative tasks to data-driven projects. One day you may be handling scheduling or vendor follow-ups, the next you could be diving into spreadsheets, preparing analytics, or helping with process improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct support to company leadership, assisting with day-to-day needs. • Handle administrative tasks such as timesheet review, permitting and warranty registrations. • Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate records. • Compile and analyze information for leadership to support decision-making. • Coordinate projects across departments, helping fill gaps as needed. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow efficiency. • Serve as a flexible “go-to” resource for both strategic and tactical support. Qualifications: • Previous experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or in a hybrid role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar tools; comfortable learning new software quickly. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
