Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do As a Workday Business Systems Analyst Contractor, you will implement, enhance, and support Workday integration solutions to meet client business needs. You will partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translate needs into Workday configuration and integration design, perform data analysis and reporting, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training to drive adoption and effective use of Workday. Key Responsibilities • Support Workday implementations and enhancements by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional/technical solutions. • Design, build, and support Workday integrations, including connectors and custom integrations as needed. • Configure and customize Workday to align with client-specific requirements (security, business process support, reporting, and related configuration). • Develop and maintain integration artifacts (requirements, mapping specifications, interface designs, test plans, and runbooks). • Perform data analysis and reporting using Workday reporting tools to support validation, reconciliation, and decision-making. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues, including monitoring, error resolution, root cause analysis, and prevention measures. • Execute and support testing activities (unit, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing) and assist with deployment/cutover activities. • Conduct training sessions and develop supporting materials for end users and administrators to ensure effective adoption. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience. • Strong experience with Workday connectors, including: CCW, PECI/PICOF, and WECI. • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio (building/enhancing integrations end-to-end). • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders to drive requirements through delivery and support. • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to produce clear documentation and present to varied audiences. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Finance) in an integration context. • Experience with production support processes (monitoring, incident management, change control) and documentation of support playbooks/runbooks. • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience in fast-paced environments. The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $120 - $125 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
