Design advanced data visualizations and user experiences incorporating Gen AI, collaborate with product teams, and create flexible, ethical UX designs.
Experience with UX design tools, information architecture, knowledge base structuring, Gen AI technologies, and working in cross-functional teams, preferably in contract roles.
Position Summary Contractor Location- Remote Work you'll do The services you will provide the Deloitte project team as a UX Designer: • Work with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to help set product direction. • Design advanced data visualizations and/or BI Dashboards to support the needs of internal and external stakeholders. • Produce design visualizations that help stakeholders across disciplines understand what the best experience looks like: storyboards, user-flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc. • Create flexible designs and work flows that allow the interface to easily adapt and change based on new products delivered. • Collaborate on the integration of Gen AI capabilities into user experiences, ensuring ethical, intuitive, and value-driven applications. Required Industry Experience • organization with varying technical skill levels • Ability to work deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on product design and ownership. • Experience with information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping. • Ensure all design documentation is created holistically with the client vision and cross-functional needs • Knowledge bases and how to effectively structure them to present the optimal data and results. • Working in a wide variety of modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Marvel Principle, and InVision • Reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations • Designing or collaborating on experiences that incorporate Gen AI technologies such as LLMs, chatbots, or AI-assisted workflows • Understanding of prompt design, AI model behavior, and how to guide user expectations in AI-driven interfaces • Awareness of ethical considerations, transparency, and user trust in AI-powered experience. • Preferred- • especially in contract or consulting roles • fin-tech, with an understanding of data-driven personalization and targeting • and how to design intuitive interfaces around complex data • to better collaborate with developers • balancing multiple stakeholders and adapting to varied business needs Exposure To Gen AI Tools And Workflows, Including • Designing user experiences that incorporate AI-generated content or recommendations • Understanding the user trust, transparency, and ethical implications of AI in UX • Collaborating with data scientists or engineers on prompt engineering, model behavior, and feedback loops The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $65 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
