The Team The People Analytics & Research (PAR) Team partners with Talent and business leaders to uncover data-driven insights that address challenges across the entire talent lifecycle. By leveraging expertise in data science, surveys, candidate assessments, and evaluation, we deliver holistic, client-focused solutions that drive transformational change within Deloitte. Our comprehensive approach empowers the business with actionable workforce insights-fueling innovation and growth. This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services PAR offers. We're looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams. Recruiting for this role ends on October 22, 2025 Work you'll do • Create strategic data visualizations that tell a story, as well as operational dashboards (i.e., in support of executive presentations, summary of analytics projects, or as standalone dashboards) using various tools (e.g., PPT, Tableau, One Model) • Create efficient & accurate data transformation flows with varying levels of complexity to support routine data updates and reporting • Revise existing data flows and dashboards to improve their efficiency and accuracy • Support intricate, strategic analyses and data requests from senior leaders • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, and test holistic data and visualization solutions • Develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape • Advise Talent leaders on key opportunities discovered by data and bring data into the discussion • Work in a dynamic client and team-focused environment with minimal oversight • Produce high-quality deliverables in Microsoft Office. Examples include: • Aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends (Excel) • Tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks (PowerPoint) • Create clear, concise, professional communications and resources (Word) • Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control (Teams) The successful candidate will possess strong visualization and storyboarding skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients. They can also balance details and think strategically about the most effective way to address the underlying goals and needs of the client. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, visualization • Minimum 3 years of experience with Tableau Desktop • Experience using data transformation or modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or SQL • Experience publishing and delivering content on Tableau Server • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88600 to $163100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
