Work You'll Do • Project Delivery Support: Contribute to the implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, supporting project tasks to help ensure timely and successful delivery within scope and budget • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and assist in translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions • Solution Design Assistance: Support the development and design of permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices • Customization and Configuration: Assist in customizing and configuring Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements • Training and Support: Help provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Oracle Permitting and Licensing functionalities and best practices • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to help ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions • Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and user guides • Risk Awareness: Identify potential risks and communicate them to project leadership to support successful project delivery The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve • 2+ year(s) of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) solutions to include; • Familiarity with Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities • Understanding of government permitting and licensing processes and regulations • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week. Preferred: • Experience supporting Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) projects within state and local government sectors • Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
