Summary: Working as a Software Engineer at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. This can be a remote/telecommute position based out of your home office. Reports to the Software Development Team Lead. What You’ll Do: • Be a fully contributing member of a Delinea Sprint team. • Work on full stack Delinea Platform services for both cloud-hosted and on-premises applications. • Contribute to the development, design, and testing of new features and quality improvements for Delinea services. • Promote secure development practices with awareness and application of OWASP principles. • Leverage modern AI tools and approaches where appropriate to increase development efficiency and improve product intelligence. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and peers. What You’ll Need: • 2 years+ work experience in C# • Ability to quickly read and understand both new and existing code. • A passion to learn new things and solve complex problems. • Effective communication and collaboration skills working on a fast-paced team. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Familiarity with secure coding standards and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. • Willingness to learn and apply AI-based tooling to modern development workflows. • Demonstrated ability to mentor or support others on the team. We’d Love to See: • Passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills. • Experience with UI development, specifically Angular and Typescript. • Enthusiasm for creating secure, intelligent, and maintainable systems that empower others on the team.
