🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Facilities Manager (NC & VA) 🚨 We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Facilities Manager to lead restaurant maintenance and facilities operations across North Carolina and Virginia in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities leader with strong technical expertise, proven people leadership, and the ability to partner closely with Operations to keep restaurants running at peak performance. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Oversee facilities maintenance for 100+ QSR restaurants across NC & VA • Lead and hold accountable a team of 9 facilities technicians • Partner directly with Operations leadership to support restaurant performance • Ensure compliance with brand standards (Wendy’s experience a plus) • Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for: • HVAC systems (required) • Commercial refrigeration • Kitchen equipment • Electrical & plumbing systems • Determine when to self-perform work vs. escalate to vendors • Manage work orders and preventative maintenance in Corrigo • Support remodels, reimages, and new restaurant builds • Travel regularly between NC & VA markets 🎯 What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of facilities leadership experience (QSR/restaurant preferred) • Experience leading technicians or facilities teams • Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge • Willingness to travel frequently • Professional, clear communication skills ⭐ Preferred Experience • Multi-state or multi-market responsibility • Wendy’s, Taco Bell, or high-volume QSR background • Trade certifications or licenses • Experience with remodels, reimages, or new builds 💰 Compensation & Benefits • $100,000 – $120,000 salary range (based on experience) • Competitive benefits package 📩 For immediate consideration: 📞 919-386-9817 ✉️ mwiggins@delightrg.com
