Our company is dedicated to fostering our clients' growth by expanding their customer acquisition and product/service reach in retail locations across Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. With a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and an agile approach to market trends, we’ve perfected our direct sales and marketing strategies to ensure lasting success for our clients and the Client Representative role. The Client Representative will embark on a comprehensive learning journey, mastering the skills required to build strong customer relationships, enhance team collaboration, and effectively promote our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations in retail settings, the Client Representative will engage customers and help them experience our clients’ offerings firsthand, driving sales and exceeding business targets. We're seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills and the drive to elevate sales standards. Client Representative Responsibilities: • Participate in hands-on training in retail stores, directly engaging with customers and presenting client products/services to initiate sales • Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing • Master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers during the sales process • Work closely with the Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representatives and Management team members to learn how to navigate client expectations and increase local office success • Gain expertise in lead generation through sales efforts within retail settings • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and dynamic work environment while completing Client Representative responsibilities Client Representative Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Experience in sales, client relations, marketing, account management or customer service is preferred • Strong communication skills: ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries effectively • Problem-solving skills: capacity to navigate challenging sales situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues on the spot, utilizing Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative resources and knowledge • Consistent professionalism, demonstrating respect and transparency when interacting with both customers and clients • Reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • What is the best email and phone number to contact you at?
