HIRING: Senior / Staff Full Stack Engineer - AI Location: Mountain View, CA - 3 Days Hybrid Interview Panel Availability: 7 AM - 12 Noon CST Experience: 8+ Years We are looking for a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer with strong AI/Agentic AI experience to join an innovative team building an AI-powered platform that creates real, data-connected applications using natural language. Must-Have Skills: • React + TypeScript • Python, Go & Java • LLM / Agentic AI application development • LangGraph / LangChain / Claude Agent SDK • AWS - EKS, EC2, S3, VPC • Kubernetes - CRDs, Custom Controllers/Operators, Helm, GitOps • AWS CDK / CloudFormation • WebSockets, Streaming & Real-Time Applications • Production Observability - Logs, Metrics, Alerts & Incident Response • Distributed Backend Services & Microservices • AI Coding Agents - Claude / Cursor Good to Have: * AI Evaluation platforms/tools * Active-Active / Active-Passive architecture * Multi-region AWS environments * Performance & Load Testing * FMEA / Reliability Engineering Looking for candidates who have hands-on production experience building AI-powered/agentic applications and strong full-stack engineering capabilities.
