We’re expanding our operations in the San Diego area and seeking ambitious individuals to join our leadership track as an Entry Level Management Assistant. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to grow in sales, leadership, and business management while representing innovative fiber internet and wireless telecommunications services. As an Entry Level Management Assistant, you’ll gain firsthand experience in what it takes to lead a team in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll assist with team operations, customer outreach, and campaign coordination while learning to oversee client accounts, daily sales goals, and service quality standards. This position offers mentorship, advancement, and the chance to make a real impact from day one. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Management Assistant: • Support management with daily operations, scheduling, and sales team development • Communicate with customers about fiber internet, wireless, and home service options • Assist in training new team members and tracking sales performance metrics • Learn the foundations of sales strategy, leadership, and account management • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales efficiency • Collaborate with management to meet and exceed team sales and service goals • Represent the company with professionalism and customer-first values What We’re Looking For: • Strong interest in sales, management, telecommunications, and leadership development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Motivated individuals who thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment • A desire to take on leadership and account responsibilities • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
