Channels Program Manager Rate: $60-$65/hr | W2 Employment | Duration: 9 months with chance of renewal (October 2025 - July 2026) Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with over 20 years of experience delivering services to global technology leaders in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Channels Program Manager to support our tech client. In this role, you will manage the SMB Competency program and provide program management support for related partner initiatives. You will be responsible for building structure, driving execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channels and partner programs, with a proven ability to create scalable enablement frameworks and engage cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage the SMB Competency program and ensure alignment with related partner initiatives. • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and partner operations teams to ensure consistency across programs. • Track KPIs and report on partner performance, including program adoption, revenue growth, and customer impact. • Establish governance frameworks for program management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. • Review project requirements and statements of work to ensure completeness and alignment. • Partner with senior-level leaders and stakeholders to maintain alignment, progress projects, and ensure accountability. Qualifications • 7+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on channels and/or partner programs. • Experience managing competency programs or partner enablement initiatives. • Strong background in program governance, KPI measurement, and performance reporting. • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with program management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet. • Experience supporting SMB-focused initiatives within partner ecosystems.
