(DHi) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex programs, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and a strategic approach to delivering results. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of programs. Manage program scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with teams and resources to ensure that all program milestones are met on time. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders. Resolve program-related issues and concerns, escalating as necessary. Team Leadership & Development Lead program teams, providing guidance and support to ensure success. Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense industry programs. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Core Competencies Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure program success. Client-Centric: Focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Communication: Clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
