Snapshot Google AI Studio is the front door for millions of developers to explore and build with Google DeepMind's most advanced generative models. Over the last 2 years, we have grown the Google AI Studio foot print from tens of thousands of builders to tens of millions. We are looking for a Program Manager to drive growth initiative and accelerate the adoption of AI in the builder ecosystem. You will own various programs across the end to end product lifecycle, both internally and externally facing, impacting millions of builders.. This role is about building a platform that fundamentally changes the fabric of how Google builds with AI. About Us Artificial Intelligence could be one of humanity’s most useful inventions. The Role Your mission is to get AI Studio and the Gemini API in front of millions of more builders by running strategic growth programs and engagements with the wider ecosystem. You will work across Google teams to unlock hidden leverage so that we don’t need to reinvent the wheel in places Google already has existing work we can copy from. Key responsibilities: Define and drive the growth strategy, partnering closely with product, marketing, and more. Be a day one user of all our products and tools, deeply understanding how our users build with AI. Help scale existing efforts that are successfully growing the product across organic and paid channels. Partner with Marketing to double down on efforts like Swag, media, and more, serving as a key bridge between marketing and product. Partner closely with product leadership to land high impact, short turn around efforts around major launch moments. Identify ways to grow our reach and usage in key areas where Google doesn’t already have deep penetration, then build and execute programs to change this. About You In order to set you up for success as a Program Manager at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience: Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of Program Management or similar experience.Experience using AI tools.Strong cross functional expertise allowing you to work with anyone from engineering to marketing. In addition, the following would be an advantage: Experiencing doing Media work. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment and build strong partnerships across large, complex organizations. Experience in developer relations, advocacy, or driving the adoption of new technologies within an enterprise environment. A deep passion for rapid prototyping, developer creativity, and the potential of generative AI to transform workflows. Entrepreneurial mindset; experience identifying strategic opportunities and building a program or product from the ground up. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a clear, persuasive growth vision to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of leadership. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $183,000 USD - 271,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits.
