With 100+ enterprise customers and deep integrations across MES, LMS, and ERP systems, DeepHow combines AI innovation with real-world industrial expertise, bridging people, process, and performance across the modern enterprise. ________________________________________ Primary Purpose and Function The primary purpose of the Solutions Leader – Manufacturing is full ownership of the end-to-end delivery, value realization, and expansion readiness for DeepHow’s highest potential customers from Initial Product Deployment (IPD) through Fully Scaled Deployment (FSD). This role is accountable for converting early enterprise momentum into meaningful customer partnerships through disciplined execution of the Enterprise Value Realization Program (EVRP). ________________________________________ Primary Responsibilities • Serve as the primary transformation partner for customers post-deployment, owning rollout success and value realization. • Handhold customers through implementation, ensuring DeepHow is adopted effectively within real operational workflows • Support and accelerate user onboarding across frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders • Lead a train-the-trainer approach to enable customer leaders to scale adoption independently. • Partner with customer change champions to design and execute a practical, customized change management approach • Maintain relentless focus on return on investment and the “so what” question, ensuring operational knowledge is translated into measurable outcomes. • Manage multiple parallel customer engagements across manufacturing domains, including industrial, consumer products, pharma, and electronics. • Drive operational excellence by aligning DeepHow use cases with customer priorities such as productivity, quality, safety, compliance, and skills development. • Orchestrate integrations with adjacent systems and solutions as part of broader enterprise rollouts. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and solutions teams to continuously improve delivery and impact. • Travel Requirement: This role requires 50%+ travel, with significant time spent on-site at customer manufacturing locations to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization. ________________________________________ Key Skills and Attributes • A strong owners mindset represented by a proactive approach, taking full responsibility for outcomes, seeking solutions, and focusing on the right work. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on the few things that drive meaningful outcomes • Deep value orientation, prioritizing impact and ROI over features or shiny objects • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Natural problem solver who can systematically identify, deconstruct, and resolve obstacles • A catalyst for growth who continuously pursues learning and shares knowledge across teams • Excellent team player with a continuous improvement mindset • Comfort working closely with customer, continuous improvement leaders, and operational excellence teams • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how operational knowledge drives performance and results ________________________________________ Ideal Background This role is well-suited for candidates who have operated inside manufacturing environments and driven frontline transformation, including experience as a: • Continuous Improvement Manager • Quality Manager • Plant Trainer • Frontline Transformation Leader • Operational Excellence Leader Experience working directly with shop floor teams, supervisors, and plant leadership is critical.
