Job Summary Be part of a revolution in healthcare AI. Deploy cutting-edge solutions and empower medical professionals. As a Systems Engineer on the Service & Installation team, you will play a vital role in delivering DeepHealth's lifesaving AI technologies into the hands of those who need it most. You'll be responsible for: Seamless Implementations: Install and configure DeepHealth software, ensuring smooth integration with the customer’s existing IT infrastructure. Dedicated Customer Support: Become a trusted resource for DeepHealth's internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance. Process Improvement Champion: Collaborate with the rest of the Service and Installation team to refine internal workflows and enhance the customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of our advanced AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth, efficient deployments. Monitor existing installations and respond to issues as necessary. Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents. Follow existing SOPs and improve upon them as needed Contribute to continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, aiming to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours (on-call rotation may be required). Engineer solutions for anticipated problems and collaborate with cross functional teams to automate said solutions. Maintain existing and created documentation. Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent. Knowledge of Networking and Security. Hands on experience with Linux shell and shell scripting, Linux tool chain installation, upgrade and maintenance. Cloud Platform Proficiency: hands-on experience with core GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage and VPC networks. Containerization and orchestration: Experience with Docker for containerizing applications and an understanding of Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized workloads. Excellent verbal and written English communications skills. Self-starting: ability to manage own time and priorities. Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment. Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues. Preferred Experience with bash or python scripting Experience with medical environments or imaging (particularly DICOM, PACS). Experience with Python, software development, DevOps methodologies. Experience with Hybrid on premise/cloud deployments Experience writing software tests Quality Standards Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors. Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures. Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner. Physical Demands This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. Working Environment Remote. This position requires domestic / international travel up to 10%.
