Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Lawn Care Crew Leader to drive a company truck and lead a small crew performing residential and commercial lawn maintenance. The Crew Leader is responsible for transporting the crew and equipment safely to each job, ensuring quality work, and keeping a positive, professional attitude. This is a hands-on position that involves mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and assisting with light landscape work as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing neat, consistent work. Experience in lawn care or landscaping and the ability to lead others are required. Responsibilities: • Drive company truck safely to and from job sites • Supervise and work alongside crew members to complete lawn maintenance efficiently. • Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment properly and safely. • Ensure lawns and landscapes are maintained to company standards. • Communicate clearly with management and team members. • Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs. • Maintain a clean truck and equipment each day. • Valid driver’s license required for transportation of equipment and team members • Represent the company professionally at all times.
