Full Description

Description: • Build and manage relationships with venture partners to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities • Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements • Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities • Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development • Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships • Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role • Strong understanding of the venture capital landscape and well-connected • Proficient in spoken and written English • Strong research skills • Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment • Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows • Experience with HR or FinTech companies is a plus • Experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus • Experience working in a remote & distributed team is a plus • Willingness to meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month (travel/networking) Benefits: • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access • Healthcare and benefits provided to workers in 109 countries • Scalable benefits, rewards, and perks reflecting commitment to inclusivity and access • Accommodation on request throughout the recruitment, selection and assessment process for applicants with disabilities
