Deel is a global payroll and HR platform that supports businesses in scaling smarter, faster, and more compliantly. The company is looking for a Senior Manager of Expansion Operations to lead global expansion initiatives and oversee operational performance in countries supported through external international payroll partners. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in operations, expansion, or project management, with a focus on global growth • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team • Strong understanding of global expansion processes, including legal, tax, and payroll operations • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects across multiple countries • Exceptional project management and governance skills with a track record of leading multi-country initiatives, delivering on-time and on-budget results • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Benefits • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
