4+ years in product marketing or consumer marketing in a fast-paced tech environment, strong strategic and execution skills, experience with VoC pipelines, persona governance, customer interviews, and excellent communication.
Description: • Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up, defining how workers and HR, IT, and Payroll leaders fuel launches and shape roadmap • Own Advisory Boards: scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end; launch and facilitate monthly sessions to surface insights and strengthen advocacy • Translate board feedback into recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives; close the loop with stakeholders • Design and run programs, campaigns, and experiences leveraging customer advisory board, Deel Advocates program, and power users to fuel launches; operationalize playbook to turn community energy into earned reach • Own customer storytelling: lead interviews, partner with Field Marketing to ship case studies and customer-centric campaigns, collaborate with PR to place customer voices in media • Lead audience research: run consumer and market studies, instrument VoC pipelines, and build automated dashboards/alerts for live insight • Own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs so GTM teams operate from one authoritative playbook • Advise teams as the on-call customer voice with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in product marketing management, sales-led growth, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment • Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action; customer-obsessed and eager to join customer calls • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms • Strong analytical and creative skills; ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into insight-driven narratives • Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders • Experience running consumer and market studies, instrumenting VoC pipelines, and building dashboards/alerts • Ownership of persona and ICP creation, refresh, and governance • Ability to conduct customer interviews and produce case studies and customer-centric campaigns • English fluency (speak, read, write) • Authorization to work in the country of residence (applicants must indicate work authorization status) Benefits: • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access • Healthcare and benefits provided in 109 countries • Scalable benefits, rewards, and perks reflecting inclusivity and access for all • Accommodation on request throughout the recruitment process for applicants with disabilities
