4+ years in product marketing or related roles in fast-paced global tech, strong strategic and execution skills, experience with advisory boards and community programs, excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Description: • Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up and define how workers and HR, IT, and Payroll leaders fuel launches and roadmap • Own and scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end; launch and facilitate monthly sessions to surface insights and deepen advocacy and executive relationships • Translate advisory board signals into crisp recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives, and close the loop with stakeholders • Design and run programs, campaigns, and experiences leveraging advisory board members, Deel Advocates, and power users to amplify product launches • Operationalize a playbook to turn community energy into earned reach during product announcements, including briefing advocates, seeding assets, and measuring impact • Own customer storytelling: lead interviews, ship case studies, and partner with Field Marketing and PR to place customer voices in media • Lead audience research: run consumer and market studies, instrument VoC pipelines, and build automated dashboards/alerts for live insight • Own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs so GTM teams operate from one authoritative playbook • Serve as the on-call customer voice, advising teams with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in product marketing management, sales-led growth, or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment • Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action; customer-obsessed and eager to join customer calls • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms • Strong analytical and creative skills; able to distill quantitative and qualitative data into insight-driven narratives • Excellent communicator and storyteller with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders • Experience building and scaling advisory boards, community programs, and advocate initiatives • Experience conducting interviews, customer storytelling, case studies, and collaborating with PR and Field Marketing • Experience running audience research, VoC pipelines, automated dashboards, and persona/ICP governance • Ability to translate customer feedback into product and GTM recommendations and close the loop with stakeholders • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write) Benefits: • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access • Scalable benefits, rewards, and perks reflecting inclusivity and access for all • Healthcare and benefits provided to workers in 109 countries • Accommodation during recruitment for applicants with disabilities upon request
