Description: • Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up and design programs to engage workers and HR/IT/Payroll leaders • Own and scale Advisory Boards (HR, IT, Payroll); launch and facilitate monthly sessions to surface insights and strengthen advocacy • Translate board and community feedback into recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives • Design and run programs, campaigns, and experiences leveraging customer advisory board, Deel Advocates, and power users to fuel product launches • Amplify launches with community through playbooks, advocate briefings, seeded assets, and impact measurement • Lead customer storytelling: conduct interviews, produce case studies, and partner with Field Marketing and PR to amplify customer voices • Lead audience research and market studies; instrument VoC pipelines and build automated dashboards/alerts for stakeholders • Own personas and ICP governance to provide an authoritative playbook for GTM teams • Act as on-call customer voice advising teams with data-backed guidance on audience, messaging, and motion Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in product marketing management, sales-led growth, or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment • Strategic thinker with strong bias for action and customer obsession • Willingness to join customer calls and uncover deep customer insights • Proven ability to lead and execute complex cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms • Strong analytical and creative skills; ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into insight-driven narratives • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders • Ability to own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs • Experience running consumer and market research and building VoC pipelines and dashboards • Must provide country of residence and confirm authorization to work; visa sponsorship may be required depending on location • English fluency (able to speak, read, and write English fluently) Benefits: • Healthcare and benefits provided to workers in 109 countries • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • Flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access • Scalable benefits, rewards, and perks reflecting inclusivity and access • Accommodation provided on request during recruitment for applicants with disabilities
