GHL Agency Operations Manager Remote | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | Growth-Focused Role Decypher helps small businesses streamline operations, capture more leads, and close more deals using our all-in-one CRM and automation platform built on GoHighLevel. We build custom CRM systems from scratch using GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, and Make, and we also create AI voice and chat agents using tools like ElevenLabs. Our goal is to help businesses run smoother and scale faster with systems that save them time and money. We’re now looking for an Operations Manager to help us organize, standardize, and scale our fulfillment process. You’ll be the bridge between the founder, the fulfillment team, and interns — making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we grow. What You’ll Do • Take the founder’s notes and client requirements and translate them into clear task lists inside ClickUp/Notion • Manage the Lead Implementer, support implementers, and interns by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and removing blockers • Standardize and document processes (onboarding checklists, QA steps, naming conventions) so work is consistent and repeatable • Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are hitting deadlines • Create weekly progress reports so leadership can see exactly where each project stands • Optimize workflows to make the team more efficient and reduce bottlenecks What You’ll Learn • How to run operations in a fast-growing automation agency • How to manage a fulfillment team building CRM systems, workflows, and AI agents • How to design repeatable SOPs and processes that make a business scale • How to measure team efficiency and implement changes that improve output Expectations • 20 hrs/week commitment, 100% remote • Available to work during EST business hours • Comfortable running team meetings and 1:1 check-ins • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects • Strong organizational skills and an eye for process improvement • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar tools is a strong plus Compensation & Growth • 8$/hr, with room to grow (you need to prove yourself and earn my trust first) • Hands-on experience shaping operations in a growing tech-driven company • Clear path to a full-time Director of Operations role as Decypher continues to scale • Opportunity to help define how we build and deliver for clients — your work directly impacts growth What We’re Looking For • Someone who thrives on creating order out of chaos • Experience managing small teams or coordinating projects • Comfortable working with software tools and learning new ones quickly • A proactive communicator who keeps projects moving forward • Excited about automation, AI, and building scalable systems Sound Like You?
