Full Description

Job Description: • Your varied responsibilities include creating social media content, managing our community and handling customer service. • In collaboration with our team you will produce engaging content such as DIYs and giveaways for our followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. • Actively expand user-generated content (UGC) initiatives and strengthen influencer partnerships. • You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries and advise prospective customers with decoration ideas via email and phone. • You will have broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one. • You will support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas. Requirements: • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design or Marketing. • Ideally, you have first practical experience in online & social media marketing and in the eCommerce sector. • You speak and write flawless German and are comfortable interacting directly with customers. • You enjoy being on camera, want to be part of our social media campaigns and confidently contribute creative ideas. • We prefer mandatory internships (compulsory placements required by your study program) with a minimum duration of 3 months.
