Researching, analyzing, and developing recommendations on OPSEC and cybersecurity policies, supporting strategy and policy development, and conducting organizational studies.
Requires a Master's degree, 10+ years of experience, and active Top Secret clearance with SCI access, with skills in operational security, cybersecurity, and policy analysis.
Essential Functions: * Be the Operational Security (OPSEC) Subject Matter Expert to the DAMO-SO offices. * Research and analyze OPSEC concept plans and develop written recommendations on Cyber related areas. * Support the Army Cyberspace Council (ACyC) developing strategy and policy for Army OPSEC requirements, capabilities and acquisition in coordination with other OPSEC stakeholders. * Review and analyze current OPSEC material solutions and provide written recommendations, in memorandum format, on its impact on policy and doctrine, organization, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities. * Conduct organizational studies and evaluations. * Design systems and procedures. * Conduct work simplification and measurement studies. * Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Required Skills/Abilities: * Maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times. * Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters. * Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters. * Must have the ability to work within Government provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Required Clearance: * ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with ability to maintain SCI access Education and Experience: * Must have Master’s Degree. * Ten (10) years’ experience.
