Full Description

Currently seeking a remote Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front‑end and back‑end development, with deep expertise in Java, Node.js/TypeScript, React, cloud‑native architecture, AI‑enabled system design. You will be build event‑driven microservices, integrate AI/LLM capabilities, and ensure high‑quality, secure, and reliable software delivery in a regulated environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement scalable, high‑performance applications using Python Django, Flask, or FastAPI, Java, Java EE, Java 17, Spring, Node.js/TypeScript, React/Angular ensuring reliability and maintainability.  * Ensure responsive UI, cross browser compatibility, and optimized front end performance. * Develop and manage server‑side logic, RESTful APIs, and data integrations, working closely with relational and non‑relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.  * Ensure seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end systems, optimizing application performance and scalability.  * Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Claude, etc.) into enterprise systems. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and architectures. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high coding standards through peer reviews and best practices.  * Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, design discussions, implementation, deployment, and continuous integration.  * Develop tests and support quality assurance efforts using tools such as Cypress, or Playwright, and remediate security vulnerabilities in accordance with industry best practices.  Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production systems. * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services (Aurora, ECS, SQS, S3, PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Experience designing AI-enabled or data-intensive systems. * Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards. * Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (ReactJS or Angular).. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
