Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Manager (Senior) to lead and manage stakeholder engagement activities in support of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) initiatives, programs, and policies under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by planning, executing, and sustaining structured stakeholder engagement strategies that inform MC&FP strategic planning and execution. The Stakeholder Engagement Manager facilitates interactive engagement mechanisms such as listening sessions, live polls, question and answer forums, workshops, and collaborative working groups. This position coordinates stakeholder consultations across MC&FP Directorates and ensures stakeholder feedback is systematically captured, documented, and translated into actionable inputs that support program decision making and continuous improvement. This position is fully remote. Note: By applying to this position, you acknowledge and consent to having your resume included in an active competitive government contract bid.** Duties & Responsibilities The Stakeholder Engagement Manager (Senior) will: Plan, execute, and manage stakeholder engagement strategies supporting MC&FP initiatives, programs, and policies. Design and facilitate interactive engagement mechanisms including listening sessions, workshops, live polls, question and answer forums, and collaborative working groups. Coordinate stakeholder consultations across MC&FP Directorates to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and outreach priorities. Serve as the primary coordination point for stakeholder engagement activities across Task 2 Outreach and Engagement efforts. Capture, document, and analyze stakeholder feedback and engagement outcomes. Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable recommendations that inform strategic planning, communications strategies, and program execution. Support development of stakeholder engagement plans, schedules, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with communications, analytics, and program leadership to integrate stakeholder insights into campaign planning and reporting. Track engagement activities, participation metrics, and follow-up actions. Prepare stakeholder engagement summaries, reports, and briefings for Government review. Ensure engagement activities comply with applicable Federal, DoD, and MC&FP policies and guidance. Support continuous improvement of stakeholder engagement processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications Clearance Requirement Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency. Education (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Administration, Sociology, Behavioral Science, or a related field. Experience (Required) Minimum of 10 years of experience leading stakeholder engagement, public relations, communications, or outreach programs. Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating structured stakeholder engagement activities. Experience coordinating engagement efforts across multiple organizations or directorates. Experience supporting federal or DoD programs preferred. Technical Knowledge Required: Expertise in stakeholder engagement planning and facilitation techniques. Strong understanding of strategic communications and outreach frameworks. Proficiency with collaboration tools, virtual engagement platforms, and documentation repositories. Experience capturing, synthesizing, and reporting qualitative stakeholder feedback. Preferred: Experience supporting military, defense, or federal civilian agencies. Familiarity with data-driven engagement analysis and reporting. Experience working in Agile or iterative planning environments. Certifications Required: None Preferred: Public relations, communications, facilitation, or stakeholder engagement certifications Skills Advanced facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong analytical skills for synthesizing qualitative feedback into actionable insights. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage complex engagement activities in a fast-paced federal environment.
