Overview DecisionPoint seeks Outreach and Engagement Project Specialists to support the development of rapid-turn creative and experimental content for emerging digital campaigns. This role produces short-form videos, animations, concept mockups, A/B variants, and interactive micro-content that supports pilot campaigns, platform tests, and early-stage engagement experiments across MC&FP digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate blends creative strategy, rapid prototyping, and an understanding of digital platform behaviors to ensure MC&FP can test new channels, formats, and creative concepts quickly and effectively. Duties & Responsibilities The Outreach and Engagement Project Specialist will: Develop rapid-turn content including short-form videos, animations, graphics, and interactive assets. Produce A/B variants and micro-content optimized for experimentation across multiple platforms. Support pilot campaign development with modern, test-ready creative materials. Collaborate with strategists, UX teams, copywriters, and analysts to align creative concepts with experimental goals. Support platform testing by tailoring creative outputs to the native behaviors of emerging social and digital channels. Assist with the development of experimental content roadmaps and pilot planning materials. Translate insights, trends, and platform behaviors into actionable creative concepts. Contribute creative assets for dashboards, reporting updates, and visual summaries. Ensure all content adheres to branding, accessibility, and quality standards. Maintain creative asset libraries and versioning for experimental content. Qualifications Clearance Requirement (Required) Candidate must possess an active Tier 3 background investigation, which may be a Moderate Risk Public Trust or Secret clearance from any federal agency. Education (Required) BA/BS in Strategic Communications, Digital Strategy, Human-Centered Design, Marketing, or related field. Experience (Required) Minimum 5 years of experience developing creative digital content for campaigns, outreach, or experimentation. Experience producing short-form videos, motion graphics, or animated content. Experience supporting social media campaigns, pilot initiatives, or emerging platform tests. Experience conducting basic A/B content variations and concept testing. Technical Knowledge (Required) Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, Figma, etc.). Knowledge of modern social platforms, formats, and creative requirements. Understanding of rapid prototyping and content experimentation workflows. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Experience supporting UX, HCD, or digital engagement teams. Experience with analytics-informed creative decisions. Familiarity with DoD or federal communication environments. Skills Strong creative and conceptual development skills. Ability to produce high-quality content quickly under tight timelines. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual content.
